Michael has a true passion for acting, and trained at the prestigious The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Since his graduation, Michael has worked steadily, appearing on ALL MY CHILDREN, ONE LIFE TO LIVE, MONK, GUIDING LIGHT
and most notably as “Andy” on AS THE WORLD TURNS. Michael also Co-Starred on the CBS’ hit show BLUE BLOODS portraying “Phil Daelman”, a thief who terrorizes a Latino family. He also Co-Starred on the ABC show, BODY OF PROOF opposite Dana Delany and showed his acting range in a TV Movie titled SCOURGE in a lead role, playing a Heroin addict named ‘Jake.’ Michael recently just finished shooting a Co-Star role in the TV Pilot titled , ‘WHOA!’ starring Linda Blair.
Feature films is another area Michael has flourished in. Michael Co-Starred in the Indie feature FRANNY, alongside Frances Fisher and Steve Howie, and directed by Ash Christian. Michael also worked with Ash Christian in the film PETUNIA, which starred Thora Birch, Brittany Snow, Christine Lahti, and Eddie Kaye Thomas.
Another feature film performance of Michael’s was his Supporting role in the hit Indie film, NATE & MARGARET alongside actress Gabby Hoffman. Michael played the college drop-out, ‘Chad’ who could care less about life and more about the opposite sex. Michael notably played ‘Luke’ a young and gay ‘dreamer’ in love with the lead character ‘Tommy’ in the feature film, THE ONE. Michael will next be playing the lead role of ‘Jude’ in the feature film, REDLIGHT KATE, which is about Kate, a young and beautiful runaway, has made a meager living as a stripper in Los Angeles. Despite her innocent appearance, she carries a darker secret. With the help of her close friends, Kate tries to better her life and overcome her past, but first she must overcome the obstacle of being lost in a world of sex, drugs, and violence.
Michael very recently booked a Co-Starring with acting great William Sadler in the new upcoming feature film THE HISTORIAN shooting in Mississippi in Michael just recently booked and shot a Guest Star role on the hit television series, SHAMELESS. Michael played the role of ‘Bruce’, ‘Ned’, (Harry Hamlin’s) boyfriend on the episode. May 2013. Michael plays ‘Stephen’ a college student who grew up on the wrong side of the tracks and is trying to make a better life for himself.
Michael’s list of credits and work is growing as we speak and he is ready to take on any challenge that comes his way.
